The extravagant mansion pᴜrchased by Bruno Mars for $6.5 mιllιon is situated on two acres of land in the same neighborhood as George Clooney, a well-known actor from Hollywood.
A wine cellar, a family room with a bar, as well as a children’s wing with two bedrooms are all included in Bruno Mar’s California Dream mansion, which is located in a twice-gated neighborhood. Other amenities include a children’s playground, a heated cabana, steam rooms, and dry saunas. There is also an infinity pool.
The real estate pᴜrchase is astounding since the seller is apparently Elvira Kudryashova, a former minister of Kazakhstan who was being prosecuted in federal court in California for allegedly robbing the Kazakh city of Almaty of at least $300 mιllιon.
When she bought the property in 2013, Kudryashova reportedly paid $5.7 mιllιon, but less than a year later, she listed it again for roughly $7.8 mιllιon. Mars eventually pᴜrchased it for $6.5 mιllιon when the price dropped to $6.8 mιllιon.
